Change username

• Go to your profile and click on your profile photo, then press account, then edit. From there it will allow you to make and edit to your username. Make sure you have the latest update downloaded.

Select Kem in your device Settings and enable Contacts.

If you’re not receiving OTP, here are the steps to solve your issue:

1. Make sure you entered the correct number
2. Check you’re network connection
3. Check if your app is updated to the latest version

If you did all the above and your issue is still not solved, It’s most likely a problem with your network provider. you can report your issue to our customer support team.
